SUHER | Owner & Creative Director
Ever since Suher helped her makeup artist mother at weddings as a little girl, she knew she wanted to be a wedding planner. Suher’s career as a planner started in 2005 when her second son was still a baby. Trying to both plan AND be a mother proved to Suher that at that time, staying at home as a mother was the best for her and her family. That didn’t stop Suher from throwing amazing celebrations for those in her life and rightfully earned the nickname, “The Hostess with the Mostest.” When her kids got a bit older Suher took a financing position but realized she was too creative to be sitting behind a desk. Rejoining the wedding industry in 2012, Suher’s passion for event planning led her to her current role and business partner for Francine Ribeau Events and as an industry leader coaching and advising others in the events industry through Refined by Suher.
Suher’s process of creating the most beautiful celebrations for her couples comes from her devotion to getting to know her couples, their personalities, and their unique styles. She meticulously plans and creates events that are about them, their families and friends. Known for her electric Australian personality, Suher travels all around the world to plan dazzling weddings and events.
Joining Francine in 2015 as a day-of coordinator, Suher quickly was booking her own wedding locally and across the nation. She became the owner of Forever Refined Events in 2021.
Kelly| Lead Planner
If you ask Kelly’s friends to describe her they would probably tell you that I am extremely Type A (which is great for the events world), am obsessed with my dogs and that I put my all into everything that I do albeit sometimes spreading myself too thin.
Kelly is the woman who went to college to get a degree in events and then went back to get a master's degree in events. So when she say events are her life, she means it. She started in the corporate world and when the world turned upside down I branched off into the wedding world and fell in love.
Kelly gets to be a part of your special day – the day some of you dreamed about all your life or if you’re like her, never gave it much thought. I leave the world of creative designing to the masters on our team, but I am a star when it comes to logistics and creative solutions. I am also super into numbers – so negotiations and budgets are a happy spot for me.
What makes her happiest when she is not working is being with her dogs and family. You can find us walking the beaches, on a hiking trail, or hanging on the couch. Kelly has been known to stream a show or two but on the other side of the coin, she can read a book in a day as well. True Crime documentaries are her favorite to watch and she is working her way through all the fiction books on Reese Witherspoon’s Book Club list.
Chelsea | Lead Planner
Chelsea is an enthusiastic Public Relations / Marketing Professional with experience working in corporate, non-profit, agency, and privately-owned business atmospheres.
She is an eternal optimist who always enjoys the company of others and will work hard at any task. Her favorite things include travel, photography, event planning, and experiencing new things, but her love for all things vintage is what lights her soul on fire. With an Audrey Hepburn-like persona, Chelsea brings a timeless elegance to everything she does. When asked if she rather go out or stay in, her answer is always “go out,” and you’re sure to find her dressed to the nines with a glass of Champagne! She is a city gal at heart.
Chelsea has worked in many different industries such as entertainment, tourism, food & beverage, lifestyle, and even childcare which gives her a great understanding of how to connect with a variety of different clients.
She has always dreamed of bringing her love of fashion, old movies, and imagination to the wedding industry. Throw in her Disney-esque charm and you have the perfect advocate for your special day. Chelsea is thrilled to be part of the Forever Refined Events team as their Creative Writer and Assistant and looks forward to curating one of the most magical nights of your life. Let's get planning!
Stephanie | Lead Planner
A caring soul is one that loves to see others happy that enjoys making others feel important. Stephanie may be new to the block, but her passion and drive to learn and grow are what make her a stellar planner. A “flaw” that Stephanie has is being a perfectionist though it helps her to be detailed orientated.
The moment Stephanie enrolled in school with a goal to obtain a degree in the field that she is extremely passionate about, she knew she was in the right industry. Growing up, Stephanie always loved being the “hostess of the mostest” seeing others enjoying and experiencing a moment that they can keep forever. Friends, family, travel, food, and new experiences are what she lives for.
Stephanie is definitely ready to start this journey with people with the same passion to create big memories and dreams!
